The Landice E7 ElliptiMill elliptical trainer is without question one of the best built elliptical machines on the market. The manufacturer has been building award winning treadmills for several decades and the elliptical is a marvelous complement to their product line.

Landice packs a lot of quality in their elliptical package and compares quite well to what you can get from Precor and LifeFitness. However, their massive price increase recently has made them quite unaffordable for an important segment of the market. Also, their units are HUGE machines that take up a lot of room.

You can choose from 4 different models with a unique control panel: Executive Trainer, Cardio Trainer, Pro Sports Trainer, or Pro Trainer. Each one comes with a Lifetime Residential Warranty for parts, which you can assign beneficially to one of your family members. Their retail dealers are required to give you no less than a one year service warranty.

Landice offers you very comfortable orthopedic "gel" footpads that provide optimal comfort and help relieve foot fatigue. Strides are adjustable between 17 and 23 inches. Many people (especially more senior ages) love the integrated rear step that provides for the lowest step up height of any other elliptical machine.

One of the great things about the ElliptiMill is that it uniquely monitors your workout intensity in “treadmill terms”, which means that if your speed readout indicates 7 mph, then you are exerting the same energy as if you were actually running 7 mph.

By the way, be sure to fill out and return your warranty registration card after you purchase the unit because they are understandably strict on monitoring their lifetime warranty. As an enticement, they will send you a complimentary Landice T-shirt when you do.

There are lots of built-in training programs with heart rate controls and fitness tests and protocols all of which are customizable to fit your specific situation. The control panel is really state-of-the-art and visually appealing. Tons of bells and whistles.

And, if that wasn't enough, you can turn your E Series ElliptiMill into an entertainment center with the Landice Vision System... a gorgeous 15 inch liquid crystal video that displays a side-loading DVD player and a coaxial cable connection for television.

Even with the increase in suggested retail price, the Landice elliptical product line is well worth it. You get commercial grade quality at residential prices. Excellent workmanship from a company that appears more than willing to continue bringing first-class exercise equipment to the marketplace.
